3 of My Favorite Wellness Practices

As a wellness entrepreneur, my entire business and livelihood centers around wellness practices and how to incorporate them into everyday life.

I have a TON of wellness practices (all of which I love to use) up my sleeve which helps me help my clients, so today I’m detailing three of my favorites and how they can help you!

Massage Therapy

As a licensed massage therapist, massage therapy is something I recommend to nearly every one of my clients and is one of my favorite wellness practices.

It is extremely safe, has numerous physical and mental health benefits, and can easily be squeezed into a busy work week.

Massage therapy is essentially the practice of warming and adjusting the muscle tissue anywhere in the body (with a usual focus on the neck and back, where many people hold tension) to relieve tension and stress. This promotes more relaxed, loose muscles, which can help alleviate headaches, anxiety, and boost the mood and promote overall quality of life.

The great news is that there are licensed massage therapists nearly everywhere - so if you’re looking for one, there is a great chance you can find one within a reasonable driving distance from your home or work, making regular appointments easy!

Holistic Skincare

I swear by holistic skincare, which encompasses not only caring for certain issues of the skin like acne or dark circles but the overall health of the skin itself.

It has taken me a long time to find products that I love, trust, and consistently see results from, which is why I opened up my own shop on my website which sells only the products that have been personally vetted by me.

This gives my clients (and others looking for recommendations from a licensed esthetician) a great place to shop with the confidence that they will receive safe, natural products that actually work.

Some of my favorite products to use on my skin are Savor Beauty’s Truffle Face Cream and Relax Body Oil. You can find all of these products (+ more!) in my shop, here.

Space Cleansing

Lastly, I love incorporating space cleansing (including the practice of feng shui) into the lives of all my clients (as well as into my own!)

Feng shui involves establishing a balance between your space (such as a bedroom, office, or kitchen) with the outside, natural environment.

This can be done through a variety of means, but some of my favorites are incorporating plants into every room’s design, ensuring there are no broken/worn-out objects lying around the room, and establishing a sitting place for yourself in the commanding position (where you can see nearly all of the room, including the entryway, from your vantage point.)

I find that incorporating these wellness practices into the lives of my clients helps my clients lead more productive, satisfying lives and prevent common issues like anxiety, depression, and more.
