NECK & FACE GUA SHA
Our 45-minute neck and face Gua Sha treatment focuses on alleviating stress, tension, signs of aging, and puffiness from your face and neck.
ASHIATSU MASSAGE
In this technique, the therapist stands on your back, using insteps and toes to apply deep and constant pressure to the back, glutes, hamstrings, and calves. It is ideal for people with tight ligaments or tense shoulders and hips.
FIRE & ICE BODY TREATMENT
During this 90-minute treatment, you will be exfoliated with a cooling peppermint scrub to awaken your senses and refresh your skin, followed by a warming cinnamon shea butter application to melt away tension and nourish you from head to toe. Hot stones and a warming cocoon will assist in bringing you to pure bliss.

BACK FACIAL

ENERGY HEALING
Book in for an energy reset. These sessions can include grounding methods, hands-on energy work, crystal clearing, and sound healing. Please reach out if you prefer receiving Reiki healing or Polarity Therapy.
LAVENDER BLISS BODY TREATMENT
Refresh your skin in the 60-minute body treatment. Rejuvenate with a lavender body scrub, exfoliating off dead skin, followed by a warm towel removal and Swedish massage strokes using lavender shea butter.
FULL BODY BLISS DRY BRUSH TREATMENT
During this 75-minute full-body treatment, you will indulge head to toe in a cocoon of aromatherapy while we buff away your troubles. This service includes a healing face mask, luxury scalp treatment, invigorating body dry brushing, and nourishing body cream. Leave feeling refreshed and thoroughly pampered.
ILLUMINATE SKINCARE TREATMENT
This service includes a double cleanse, microcurrent treatment, and LED light therapy. This is a treatment, not a facial.
LED THERAPY // Chill Time
Book a 30-minute LED session. Our Celluma Pro light is designed to help with anti-aging, acne, pain management, and more. We recommend coming in for a series of LED treatments for the best results. For this appointment, you will be absorbing the healing properties of LED light therapy. Feel free to come prepared with headphones and your favorite podcast, book on tape, or soundtrack.
MICROCURRENT TREATMENT
This machine is the newest addition to our offerings, and we are so excited to share it with you. This anti-aging technology is non-invasive and reduces sagging skin and lack of firmness by re-educating the muscles beneath the skin, thus, creating a more lifted and sculpted appearance. Microcurrent is like a workout for your face - you’re welcome. This appointment is a stand-alone microcurrent treatment.

Emily cares deeply about making a positive impact on the lives of others. She has always taken an interest in health and wellness, leading her to study Exercise Science at Husson University in Bangor, Maine, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science.
While at Husson, she also studied Usui tradition Reiki energy healing and became Reiki II certified. Emily then worked as a chiropractic assistant, where she discovered her passion for bodywork by providing chiropractic physiotherapy modalities to patients for pain relief and healing. She soon began studying massage therapy to develop and share this passion for helping others to feel better and reach their wellness goals.
