How do I book?
Book online anytime, call us at (207) 200-3070, or reach out by email or text. Whatever's easiest for you.
What happens on my first visit?
We start with a quick consult to understand your goals, then move into unhurried, hands-on care in a private room. Please arrive about 5 minutes early so we can begin on time.
What do I get during my session?
You choose from skincare, massage, or energy healing, and your provider helps you decide at intake. Add-ons include CBD, a scalp treatment, and beauty services.
Do you recommend coming in often?
It depends on your goals. The more consistent you are, the better you tend to feel. Some clients come bi-weekly or monthly, while others visit quarterly.
Is lymphatic drainage right for me?
For most people, yes, especially around surgery or for puffiness and recovery. We'll confirm the right approach with you at booking.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. We offer monthly massage, facial, and lymphatic drainage memberships, each with member pricing and product discounts.
Where are you located?
We're at 773 Congress Street in Portland's West End. There's street parking and nearby lots.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise the appointment is charged in full.
